This is my new bike, i got it a few months ago. It weights about 8 KG but it will be fine tuned when my bank account lets me.

Frame: Ridley Excalibur
Shifters: Shimano Ultegra SL

as tikka says ^^^^ is a very nice bike but needs some of those spacers removed......also needs some of those weeds removed!! :oops:

yeah, I think most of the weight is in the groupset. I'm like the only other guy on the board running ultegra SL :) and mine is close to 8kg too :(

So if one needs that amount of height in the handlebars what are one's options? Remove some spacers and swap in an angled stem?

buy a bigger frame and mount a shorte stem

Some of the spacers will disappear soon. And the weeds wil go away in the spring.
