Any good suggestions for some wider winter tyres? My winterbike is a Dolan Multi-X with full mudguards fitted and currently running 23mm 4000s'. I would like something along the lines of 28-30 mm's though as the streets and roads are often quite bad around here.

Challenge makes both the 27mm Parigi-Roubaix and the 30mm Strada-Bianca. I ride the PRs and they are sublime.

Been using the biggest Conti 4 Seasons with some success (0 flats). They are only like 26mm though. If you can fit the Strada Biancas, they might be preferrable.

I use Schwalbe Duranos in 28mm. Did 15000 km (commuting during winter and summer) with my last front tyre and never flattened

If you never want to puncture again the use schwalbe marathons or land cruisers, thats what a lot of hardcore tourers or just commuters use.
Here's mine I could very well be lighter than 6.63kg as my scales (10kg max load) read error when I weigh it.

+ for the 4 seasons.
Rode them all last winter with 0 punctures, and very impressed
None of the greasy handling feeling i had with tatorskins.
My 25s measured 28mm on Hed C2's..

It was a really fun build, the “function/bang for buck over weight” perspective is a nice contrast to building race bikes. I took wheels/tires, mudguards, stem and bottlecages from the old bike, the rest is new.
Weight is 9.9kg, will be a lot more when the snow comes and I´ll switch to Schwalbe Maraton tires with 240 studs/tire (which are like 800g + per tire).
Initial impressions after the shakedown ride last weekend was good, felt a lot better than my previous winter bike (Wilier Escape cross). The riding position feels really similar to my road bike (as intended). The brakes are great (Shimano road/trekking v-brakes), huge improvement from cantis on old winter bike.
