thanks! its only 7 speed so im not shifting too often, even then its not really scary. slipping and sliding is all part of winter/snow riding. just gotta learn how to deal with it

I love this winter build. I'm doing something very similar with a Tricross frame in the spring. I have the 5700 levers, but don't have the V-brakes I want. Do you know if the 105 brifters will be compatible with Acera V-brakes?
