This baby is glad the winters nearly over!
(I don't know what that shine is on it- it never normally has one!!)

this winters eaten a few parts.
Rear wheel + new 4 season conti- hit a pothole and destroyed both. khamsin or whatever it is now rescued from a skip...
Veloce power torque chainset- worn out (winter #3 I think). replaced with the cheapest quality option I could find, ultegra sl.
LH ergo lever packed up again. Replaced with a new set.
Headset replaced.
Now on chain #3 for this winter.
Front wheel is showing a rather excessive amount of wear. Will replace both wheels for next winter with a pr of hope pro3, open pros I've got.
Look Delta's are on their last legs. Bought a set of ultegra 6800 cheaply to try.
Rear mudguard bracket broken, so cobbled with a tortec one, unfortunately leaves no clearance...
Saddle is getting a little bowed...
Lupines now playing up too :?

Its never ending, but its a great bike to ride

FINALLY built up my new winter/rain/commuter bike just in time for the first day of spring :| . My dilemma when deciding what to build was that I really love the CAAD10 and fat tires, but I need decent fenders. I decided to go for it and think this turned out pretty well. I got 28mm Vittoria Rubino Pros and standard Raceblade long fenders to fit. I had to bend the rear bracket over the top of the rear brake and use a modified Sheldon fender nut on the front. Only a few rides in but so far so good; my biggest complaint is the nicely matching cages catch my rolled up khakis  .

My rain bike/commuter bike. I bought it after my old Scott Speedster frame cracked last fall. It has undergone a ton of alterations since then. And yes, I know the phone caddy is dorky as hell, but I'm pretty sure I'm sticking with it.

Frame/fork: 2013 Specialized TriCross
Groupset: Shimano 105 5700
Cockpit: Stock bar, Syncros Stem, 3T Dorico Pro seatpost
Saddle: Selle Italia SL XC
Cables & Housing: Jagwire
Pedals: Shimano R540
Wheelset: Mavic Cosmic Elite
Tires: Vittoria Diamante Pro

More of a wet weather than Winter bike.

Currently in Hong Kong and about to move to Singapore where it rains almost every day, but it's never cold. This one should be getting some use! The dynamo lighting should also come in handy since most of the rides are when it is cooler before sunrise, or after sunset.

One day we might move back to the UK, when it will get even more!

Kinesis 4s size 54
sram force groupset, rival cranks, tektro r539 brakes
fulcrum racing 1 wheels.
I've just put a michelin pro4 endurance 25mm tyre on the back and a vredestein fortezza tri comp on the front for winter.
waiting on sks mudguards, then I'll decide if the elite custom race or elite ciussi look best
