This is my new bike that i build the last days.

Bars : Oval A700 with s bend
Stem : 5cm cinelli
Seatpost : BBB zero setback

Brakes : Tecktro TT - Tecktro 4.0
Shifters : Dura Ace
Ring : 54 Gebhardt

I am planing to compete with this in my Cyprus National TT championship on the 11 May 2007 , is a flat 22 km course. The winning time is around 30 min. Any training advice to go down 30? Last year i was 3rd so this year with the new staff and good training i hope i can win.

maybe some of the TT heads here can give you some more info but it looks like your extensions on the aero bars are too long (illegal). They are almost at the end of the front wheel.

I cant remember what it is but there is a certain length they are allowed to be as far as I know.

I think (from something zakeen mentioned on the board a while ago) that hte maximum horizontal distance from the bb to the tips of the extensions is 75cm....which doesnt sound right to me, but that may be what it is

Must not be more than 18cm further foward of the front axel, and 75cm (not sure if thats accurate) of the BB.

You are all right about the rule, is 75cm from the bb to the starting point of the shifters, i am on the spot exactly on the rules, i am 77cm but i can get an exception for those 2 cm because i have long hands.

Yes but u must have permission from the Cycling Federation if you can prove that you have some body exceptions... longer arms or torso... i will try and see i know it will be better to be little more front...
