Cervelo Customer Service: I've read some not so good things about their customer service, so I'll post this. Either the LBS ordered the wrong frame or Cervelo sent the wrong one but either way Cervelo got my phone number from the LBS and left 1 voice message apologizing about the mix up and I answered the next time they called. Very friendly and concerned. The right frame should have been shipped the first time but it was nice to see they did take the time to call
The frame is wicked fast, I'm out of my saddle hammering more on this one then any of my other machines.
