Sweet sweet build....Very cute w/ the Look fork (much better than w/ the semi-matty-finish Ritchey, IMO)

A front derailleur will work with any levers shift.

Shifting with a Campy ergopower on a Shimano 10 speed cassette is not the best shifting you can have but with a Shimano chain it works not so bad.
