Anyways - this was almost a year ago during a 'round the world distance challenge I was competing in with a fellow Cervelo friend...

With those upgrades you are probably going to stay in same weight or get even little bit more. From saddle you are going to lose like 150g (?) but di2 is like 200g heavier. Also ~30 grams more from chainrings.
