Here are a couple outside pics that I think turned out OK.

More pics. The guy in the pics is Bob. He works at Bilenky Cycle Works.

Picking it up tomorrow - I hope.

Yeah, I bet one of the mechanics came in through the back door at about 5:30 and took it home...

It is done for now. It has a cheap Shimano BB which will be replaced. Also the pedals will change to slightly lighter SLs. Finally the rear der may have to change to XTR (with purple SRP pivot bolt and purple pulleys of course!) as the shifting stinks; I'll ride friction for now.

It should weigh 22 lbs which I think is pretty good for a large size steel bike. It weighed over 31 when I got it.

And the wheels weigh 1350 grams for the pair! I am very excited about that.

do you have a fork yet ?if you like i do have i 1 inch marzocchi its a 2002 model aint nothing retro but works well.

and now the horror storry:
i sols one of the fat chances i jused to have on ebay one day, together with the circlip rings, bearings and axle.after two weeks i get a reply from the new owner asking if i wanted tto by the frame back, wich i would love to but i needed the money thats why i sold it!a year later i get an email from the same guy saying its a bad frame because there is no bottombracket treath in the frame, that he toke it to a bike shop and that the shop thired to cut thread in the brachet !!!!i a bike shop can you imagine !!
good luck with the fat
