Hello everybody!

I am greek-american currently located in Panama just starting to re-discover cycling. Used to ride bmx bikes back in the old days when i was in PA but then switched to mtb. I have ridden a friends road bike a few times and i can say that i am totaly adicted to road biking. To tell u the truth i feel i was born a roadie!

To cut a long story short, i am waitin to get back to the states to get a my self a decent bike and start training.

For now i just keep my self in shape running off road and some good old military style training(sit-ups, chin-ups, push-ups)


A friend from Athens, Greece told me about this site and after being a silent visitor for a few months, i decided to register and share my questions as i still need to learn many things before i start putting together my dream bike.
