I just scrolled to the hole thread, I don't think I have seen it before, congratulations on the bike, such a light frame specially considering its not a 50 cm frame ! I do dig the red fork and see that it matched with the red decals, I think your right saying the speedvagens can become a bitt plan perhaps I think that fok would have spiced things up.what handle bar stem combo did you have on that scale ? that weight is amazing !enjoy !!

This bikes deserves Hyperon wheels.
Thos deep rims don't go well with a slim tubed steel bike.

Thx guys, but I have tryed to like smaller wheels, but I just dont, not even on my Master X Lite.

The Bora 50s are on the small side for me, if the made Boars in a 65 Id be game

I have a friend who shares your opinion about wheel preferences... he's gotta have a deep wheel on everything... makes me cringe when I see a Pinarello K8 shod with Bora 80's, every bit as much as it would make me cringe to see a new Madone with shallow box sectioni rims. My tastes would lean towards a lower profile wheel on this build too; however, but I'd hardly describe the frame as a "slim" tubed steel bike. It's really nicely proportioned. My only nit would be the zero offset seatpost.

Im an odd one as I have never liked the look of a set back seatpost, so zero offset it is for me.

Dont get me wrong Cal, I deeply respect your input, your one of the guys on here I follow and learn from.

Thx Karl

I had never been a fan of tan side walls, but recently tried them on my Fuji (after seeing many bikes on WW that look great with tan) and decided I quite like them.

You bike looks lovely with either, but I think I (narrowly) prefer black on your bike... not sure the tan goes with the colour of your frame.

But both look great on your bike anyways :)
