you can have a part of the extra length of head tube cut , I think it's not impossible if made by someone competent
depend if you can remove enough

Glued some Roubaix onto the Nemesis earlier this week. Very eager to get out and take these for a spin!

Also picked up a set of Zipp 202s laced to CK hubs to fill the gap between the 13mm Nemesis and 46mm Reynolds.

These will primarily live on my wife's bike so they'll probably live on 25mm Pave with sealant until Summer - at which point I'll throw some Carbons on them.

I also got some little aesthetic bits from Toronto Cycles. Black titanium bolts for the saddle clamp, pad holder bolts, cable fixing bolts, and the seatpost clamp. I had to dremel down the fixing and saddle clamp bolts as the shortest lengths were 5-10mm too long.

Some of your roads like like Oregon. As a matter of fact the picture of the road with the white fence I swear I have ridden that road.

Now I need to look at TI... thanks

Considering your location - you may very well have ridden that road! The white fence is looking down from the top of Chapman Rd. at the corner of Leander - just west of Sherwood. The first picture with the Reynolds on is on Quarry Rd. just past August Cellars.

Why swapping SR groupset with DA instead of Red22 (lighter)?

^This. Because Red22 sucks. I have not ridden a groupset that shifts nicer than 9100.

This bike looks so good. As does Ryan's T3.
Question for RyanH and Imaking20: what's the difference between the T2 and T3? Except for a fractionally shorter front center on the T3 (by 3mm...so functionally the same) the geometry looks essentially the same on both. Is one lighter? Stiffer?

The LS website isn't any help...maybe you two know?

Well, they stopped making the T3 so it's less of an option.

The T2 is the same as the T1SL with the exception of the top tube. Compared to the T3, the bottom bracket shell is more heavily machined (for a claimed savings of 90g) and it might have more butting in the seat tubes compared to early T3s (that one I can't confirm). The T2 is marginally lighter than the T3 - I think my frame is like ~20-30g lighter than Ryan's who is a size smaller.
There is still a potential the T1sl would ride more harshly than the T2 - which would be a bit rough if it was the case.
