Hello! What do you think about it?
Can this be made more light? What can I change here?

Not knowing the weight of your components, you'll probably save a lot of weight by getting rid of the electric motor and related electronics (including battery) ;)

No, no; keep the motor. Drop weight by getting rid of the chain, derailleurs, and shifters...
