Hi!

Fooky here from Leeds in the UK! Wot a great site! I may just get the motivation from this site that I need to get My weight back down from 15stone to a better 13.5st!!!!

Cheers Mate! I know I can do it! I used to be 12.5st and race at a quite high level until real life kicked in! :roll:

With a bit of dedication and training it will return!

Well I've managed 1.9kg in 2 weeks and 180 miles combined with healthy eating

(and a few cakes too :wink:

)
