Nice job, I wouldn’t have the patience to try this myself, but I’m enjoying living the experience through your post [emoji1303]

The frame, full of wet clear, started to fall towards the concrete. I caught the frame about 6" from the ground using two fingers to grab the zip tie I rigged up to the seat post area.

Good reactions.

Frame came in at 795 (-13g) and fork at 320 (+1) for a total of a -12g after sanding and repainting.

Finished the preliminary build yesterday morning and took her for a 50k spin. Wasn't sure what to expect of the wheels. I haven't built a set in a couple of years and this was pretty ambitious at 960g total. Definitely not a set of wheels I'd race a crit on, but were a lot of fun on the few little climbs we did.

Current weight is 5.67kg/12.52lbs. I have a few tweaks left, will post build list and some glamour shots soon.

You linked this in another thread, and I'm bringing it back to say...............What an awesome project, and your detailed narrative was both perfectly descriptive, yet fun and exciting to read. Great job sir!
