I have mainly been riding Cannondales for the paste 10 years, was looking at SuperSix Evo disc, but took a chance on a Canyon as it offers etap hdr, through axles and overall in my opinion better value(at least here in Denmark).
I am tall guy with long legs, need big frame, this is a size XXL.
In the pictures I have not yet adjusted saddel and stem height

That looks really great (and huge). Not many eTap-HRD groups in the wild, how do you like them The front brake hose could be cut shorter.

Thanks, you are right about the hose, it came like that from Canyon. I will almost certainly shorten it after I have my position just right.

SRAM doesn't make 180mm cranks, one of the reasons I'm hesitating.

SRAM does make 180mm, just not high end. I've got SRAM Rival 180mm on my winterbike (combined with Shimano 6800) & SRAM Apex 180mm on my stationary bike (combined with Shimano 5800) wich runs on my Tacx NEO.
