Hi everyone, I've lurked on this forum long enough and wanted to post my newest bike up to see what you think.

Thought I would get the newest CAAD a few years later once they released another version, but saw this bike on clearance for around $2k and had to grab it even though it's labeled for women. The geo actually works fairly well for me, and I don't feel like I'm riding a billboard.

Changed out the stock crankset, wheelset, bars, seatpost, and saddle to things that were on my previous bike. The total weight for the hollowgram Si with FSA rings was 617.3g which wasn't bad, but I really like the red crank. I was really surprised how light the stock stem was too.

Frame Supersix Evo BallisTec Women's 54cm

Rear Cogs SRAM PG-1170 11-28 (257g*)
Brakes SRAM RED 22 (240g*)
Wheels Shimano RS81-C24 (1520g*)
Skewers Shimano (~128g)

Tubes Forte Lite (75g* each)
Handlebar Easton EC90 slx (~205g)
Bar Tape Fizik Performance (~120g)

Seat Post Thomson Masterpiece (158g*)
Saddle Serfras Phantom Carbon (167g*)

Cage bolts Alloy (~4g)

LBS scale says exactly 6.8kg with computer

Could be lighter with carbon wheels, RED cassette, and lightweight skewers, but I like the braking power of alloy, the cassette is $$$, and the shimano skewers feel so solid and smooth. I didn't check how heavy the stock expander cap was, but I it seemed pretty solid and fool proof. Any other low hanging fruit for weight loss which doesn't impact durability/function?
