Hi,
I'm Jay. I've often found myself coming across this forum when searching for verious bike related things and I thought it was about time to create an account and show people what I've got and what I'm planning on doing with it.

I decided back in December that I wanted to ride the Marmotte, aiming for a top 50 in the event; I felt as if I required a special bike for the job. Aiming for just the right amount of bling, lightweight and usability. As with most bike builds I started by finding a frame. When Cannondale dropped the photos of the new colour way for the 2017 supersix I knew thats what i wanted to go for. Instead of picking a generic build, I went for the frameset and decided to put the only groupset on it that you cant buy. Campagnolo Super-record

The Build:

Frameset- 2017 Supersix evo Hi-mod
Groupset- Campagnolo Super Record
Wheels- Hand built Reynolds rims on Tune Mig Mag hubs
Tyree- Vittoria Corsa G+ (Rear) Vittoria Corsa Speed G+ (Front)
Brakes- Ciamillo Negative G
Bars- FSA Extra Light
Stem- Deda Superleggera
Seatpost- Cannondale Save (cut down)
Saddle- Fizik Arione R00
Peddles- Look Keo Blade TI
Bottom Bracket- Custom machined Campagnolo PF30 cups
Mount- K-Edge Garmin mount

Weight 5.76kg (including pedles, cages and Garmin mount)

Really nice to see Campy on a Dale! The white lettering on the groupset would match a SISL crankset so well! Would be my next upgrade if it was my bike. Please, post some better pictures.

Considering how much work it was to get the campy crank to fit, ill probably stick with it for now, until I find myself craving the next bike diet.

Ill sort pictures soon, I tried using Flikr and it didn't seam to like it.

These look so nice with Campag.

Cannondale are just shit for not offering a single Campag build, as are most of the others.

Drool-worthy! I've got SR on my 2014 nano but with sisl2. Works great.

If you want a good time on marmotte, practice overtaking Dutch camper vans at high speeds on blind corners and unlit tunnels ;-) I've seen way too much iffy stuff there to go back.

Can you post some more pictures?
Also, how did you get the crankset to fit on the bb30? I thought that the spindles were a bit to short?
