Hello WW. I wanted to share with you my 2012 SL4 Tarmac S-Works build for the upcoming season. Mostly stock parts with a couple upgrades here and there. Enjoy!

Such a short stem is not for road bikes IMHO...

I agree but I am between a 54 and a 56 and I've always preferred the bigger frame with a shorter stem. I'll see what else I have laying around the garage.

I'd think that with a steam as short as 75, you're at least one frame size too big, maybe two.... unless you have extremely long legs and shorter torso/arms.

I am sorry, my mistake. It looked to me like a 80mm stem. 100mm is fine.

You can put the cable on whichever side you prefer... some people prefer to cross the cables in front of the head tube and then cross them again inside the down tube. This installation is called the "cali-cross" and some people say that it helps to prevent cables from rattling inside the down tube. Other people complain that doing this causes some unnecessary friction and makes shifting less crisp on the RD.
