Really cool, it's going to be an awesome bike !

Are you running multiple cogs on the rear ? Does it shift on its own or do you have to pull the chain on the next cog?

Thanks!

The multiple cogs are for testing ratios and chainline, its a cluster from a dura ace cassette as it has the ratio i need to go with this chainring for now, it will end up pure singlespeed once all is decided.

Nice wheels, can I ask how much they cost, looking for a cheap and light pair of climbing wheels for the alps.

They are pillar spokes as oppose to Sapim and not laced the same

Indeed not exactly the same but also a lot cheaper, off course a good checkup will also be needed.

Agreed, sticking with the budget aspect of the build the wheel builder owed me a favour so I got them for £200

SRAM red 110BCD GXP 165mm crank arms

Calculated at 431g

Came in at 392g (bonus!)

Went against the budget approach a bit as had to have 165mm for fit so had to buy new, I'm in the industry so got bit better then trade (the graphics won't be staying....)

Yuniper semi integrated 1 1/8 headset

Sram GXP PF bb stock

Trimmed down GXP PF BB

The tuned GXP BB is heavier then Shimano but makes up for it in the crankset
