Hello, in light of the full suspension gravel bike at the Tawian Bike Show, I thought I'd share mine!

Inspired by the Cannondale Slate of course. Using the last generation 26" Scalpel model as the base.

Weight is 8.45kg with 157g bartape

I saw all the hoopla about the full suspension gravel bike at the Taipei bike show last week. I thought, "couldn't someone just throw some drops and road mech on their mountain bike?"

Yep, this is much better.

love it! I'm thinking you'd get a better road oriented position with downsizing the frame.

Thanks guys. jasonh, it is a small frame, I'm 175cm. I guess I could get a -15D OPI or Leonardi stem, but I'm currently focused on another project bike haha.

Ok, that's nice. I have often thought of building up a Scalpel like that. Very cool.
