Trek emonda alr stealth weenie project 6.8 kg target achieved now 6.60kg update

Hi all,
I was initially going to buy an emonda 54cm frame set,just to see how light I could do an alloy build but luckily
I got a emonda alr 5 ( full 105 group set ) that had been hardly ridden by its first owner, so the ball started rolling.
1, weight as std without pedals or bottle cage 54cm = 8.485 kg
2, initial target weight without pedals or bottle cage. = 7.000 kg
3, target real world weight pedals & bottle cage. = 7.250. kg
Now the whole point for me with this build is to make it look like any other
Emonda out there , ridden by a bloke in his mid 50s.
Now I appreciate that the initial target weight is not what some ultimate weenies would write home about, but I thought well that looks achievable and when I've stripped it all down and weighed everything let's see where we go from there.
Upon making a start, revised target weight. = 6.8 kg
Will post further as the project goes on.

Further to yesterday's post, I have started to strip the bike it is currently 11 speed shimano 105 but when it is rebuilt it will be 10 speed sram force , mainly because that what I have already got on a donor bike.

Looking forward to your build-up! I've also been dreaming about an ALR with eTap and some carbon wheels
I have carried on stripping the bike down but I'm only going to post about wheels today.
The bike came fitted with bontrager TLR wheels and R1 tyres I'm not going to give individual weights
For them.
R/wheel c/w tyre,tube& skewer = 1640g
F/wheel c/w tyre,tube & skewer =1350g
Total =2990g
My lightest clincher wheelset is Shimano 7900 dura ace c24
R/wheel=823g
F/wheel =640g
Tyres = 410g ( x2 continental Grand Prix 4000s 23mm)
Tubes = 142g (x2 schwalbe extra light)
Skewers =43g ( Planet X ti )
Total=2058g
Saving 932g
Running total saving to date 1434g
