Hi,
Like you guys told before it's not covered under warranty.
They have 2 reasons for that,
1st- Then in the days they only gave 5 years warranty on the fork.
2nd- "it is only a visible seem on bond line where the insert is glued into the fork"
Anyway, for the moment I'm riding the bike like it is.
But in the future I'm considering to replace the fork and use this bike as a commutor, bad weather bike (Anyone an idea about a decent fork?)

That fork is pretty solid. I'm not sure there's much of a weight difference between that fork and the one on the 6.9SSL. That cracking is pretty common among the first couple of generations of the Madones (I had the same issue on my old second-generation Madone, except on the downtube). Don't worry about, just ride the bike.
