my new Helium SL build. There will be some changes e.g. ultrastar expander & Tune top cap. I'll be adding 3T stem and bars.
Built up and ready for a test ride. Is a size up from my winter bike, this comes in at comes in at 6.08kg as seen. Really great ride, super smooth but stiff
Parts & weights below

i think it will come in around 6kg. Wheels are going to be deda elementi & airstreem 50. Winter Ridley is 6.2kg with airstreem as below & 6kg with Dedi

Looks really nice!
I would prefer another crankset and no decals on the wheels.

i hate the decals on the airstreem however i'd need to sand them to get the decals off..... im taking the handlebars and stem off the 2013 Ridley and im going to sand the original 4ZA Cirrus Pro Handle bars and 3T Doric stem decals off & clear coat them before i put them back on on.

took me 45mins to sand off the decals with 2500 grit wet paper & spray with clear lacquer however im happy with the result although no weight saving - bars come in at 210g. Next job the 3T stem

Seat post & saddle for old Ridley. 3T doric ltd 280mm/ 27.2 seatpost & 4za Cirrus Pro saddle. I sanded the seat post and applied clear lacquer as the decals were coming off and it looked worn.
both bikes are currently being built up and i'll have weights shortly.

winter/ wet Helium built up mostly from fat parts (£40 240g pedals & heavier saddle/ brakes etc.). SISL2 is going to be a weight saving over the new helium however the majority of others parts on the new build should be lighter. Weight of below as seen is 6.27kg.

I'm loving the number of builds cropping up rocking sisl2s with a Spidering recently. Best looking crankset on the market in my opinion.

Yeah I love the SISL2, I'm thinking of putting a new one on my 2016. The only issue I find with them is that the paint rubs off pretty easy... I've been thinking of putting car vinyl wrap on the one above
