For the plugs? This is where having a modest relationship with a dealer helps.

What did you do to cover the derailleur cable holes on the front of the frame?

Specialized includes the ones on the side of the frame on the front however they do not include one for the FD or the RD, for the FD i used a dab of black silicon and for the RD I used the plug that is supposed to go in the front of the frame for the RD that has a hole in it so its basically just a rubber grommet with a cable hole in it and I plugged the cable hole with black silicon and put that where the RD cable is supposed to come out of the rear of the frame.

Not necessarily so. I've bought two S-Works Tarmac framesets new from dealers in the last 10 months and neither had these plugs included.

I think the point he's making is that if you have a good relationship with your dealer, you can drop in and ask for the parts and they'll locate them for you.

Regardless your dealer should be able to give someone at Specialized a call to get them. I unboxed my frameset myself and they came in the bag that included all the paper work, seat clamps, etc etc.

Nice. I snagged a couple of the Mountain Bandits last year... didn't realize a road version had come out!

Love the gummies. Adds some warmth to the bike. And with all the carbon, wireless shifting, etc reminds you it's still a bicycle. Finally, I think adding gummies to a black on black setup provides a focal point/contrast so that those little silver/grey details like brakes, cassette, chainring blend into the black instead of distracting.

Well done!
