Skewers - you can spend more like Tune or less like KCNC, they will all work fine and be lighter than what you have now.

Brakes - depends on the budget. You can pretty much set up any lightweight brakeset to work well. Super exotica like THM will be tough on the budget, EE's from Cane Creek will be relatively easier on the budget and come with great reviews (including from me) and then there is a bunch of more affordable brake calipers like Far & Near, KCNC and rebrands. None of them will stop the way those Campagnolo brakes do though. The lightweight brakes will be fine, but not the same reassuring feel of the Campy.
