Been needing to update this for a while. Got quite a few updates.
First off I got some Ti stem bolts

Oops, either I overtightened or this failed
Replacement Hylix 25.4mm seatpost 145.9g excluding Ti bolts +7.3g
Old post that broke was thinner
New post, different seller is thicker and hopefully stronger

I am building a city bike a can take to work, so I needed a cheap wheelset. Everything I was finding was either too expensive for that bike or worse than the Aksiums I already had. So I grabbed a set of Ultegra 6800 wheels during a 3x points weekend at Performance Bikes. I'll use these on my caad12 until I get my custom set.
Front Ultegra 6800 Wheel 715.8g -119g
Rear Ultegra 6800 Wheel 940.4g -42.8g
Ultegra 6800 Wheelset 1660g
Got lucky for once and received a second chance offer from ebay

Shimano Dura Ace 9100 Right STI Shifter 186g -60g

Just got this in the mail, need to install it and update the weight tonight.
Shimano Dura Ace 9100 Rear Derailleur 158.6g -68.7g
I got these just because they were cheap auction wins. I eventually want to try different gearing options. Now I have all three 10 arm Spiderings
Cannondale Spidering SL 50/34 161.1g
Used Cannondale Spidering SL 53/39 ?????g
Got this as a full crankset, still need to dismantle it
Now for the parts they replaced for cataloging sake

Gotcha... I misread that statement.
Have you had any issues with BB creak? I'm still combating mine and I'm slowly building an arsenal of tools and gear to win the battle. Mine comes and goes with moisture!
No, the humidity hasn't come to RVA in force yet. You probably are getting it sooner. I got scared the other day, but it was my chain catcher being too close.
Have you tried those larger bearings? Maybe see if the spindle is in good shape? Sounds like something is expanding and contracting.
