Introducing myself and my CAAD 12 update 7.2kg

Hello, I've been reading here for about a year. This place is a wealth of knowledge! I grabbed a 2016 CAAD 12 105 this August, and have been slowly changing a few things on it.
I don't race or ride competitively at all. I'm more of a runner, but I've fallen in love with my CAAD. I mostly ride on country roads or the new 54mi paved bike path they built in front of my house. I am far from a ww, but I've tried to keep everything I change on the bike as light as possible. I've started taking it appart and getting weights for everything logged. Trying to decide where it's worth it to try and save some more weight. I've got a c1 stem on now, while I'm trying to decide if I'd rather use it or the kalloy uno. I forgot to picture that one. I'm waiting on some hollowgram si arms that I was lucky to get from fellow weight weenier KC (thanks!)
Here's what I've got sofar on my spreadsheet. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing It probably looks a little confusing, but I was trying to list out various options I could go to try and decide the best routes.
Enjoy my build!

Next thing on my list to purchase is a feedback sports alpine scale!

I have some hollowgram si arms in the mail.
Trying to think long term, I'm waiting to get the spidering. I eventually want a power meter. Stages and p2max seem like the best options. I don't want to have a new one piece chain ring that I can't use if I decide on p2max.

Sweet, the Si is a great crankset, and is fairly affordable. It's what I use on my Evo, and I love it. As for a power meter, I know many people who like the P2Max, and I may get one sometime soon. If you're not super concerned with accuracy, Stages would allow you to use a Spidering, and it is the lightest option.

That's where I am between the two. I'm a bit of a nerd so I think the added info from p2max would suit me better.
The spidering sl looks sooo good though!

The forged SI's. Weigh around 220 grams per arm. That saved some weight going to the si Hollowgram. Keep the same bb too. You may find that the USA made mk5 rings come in 15 grams lighter than a spidering. Mine shift incredible too. I'll be looking forward to this build! I see lots of easy swaps. The Uno stem with ti bolts is a no brainer.

Other than the uno stem, what are you thinking? I just ordered the evo expander and some aluminum bottle cage bolts. I'm honestly starting run out of frugal ideas that also wouldn't jeopardize quality or durability. I'm waiting for the right price to get the 9100 rear derailleur, and a 6800 cassette. Beyond that it's wheels which I already have a savings fund working towards. From what I've read the difference in shifters from 105 to ultegra isn't justifiable. Dura-ace is just too expensive right now.

How are you finding the seat post?
I'm currently trying to get my CAAD12 Disc (Ultegra) on a diet (2kg wheel set isn't helping things!)...

Swapped my tubes and tyres out today:
Old Mavic Inner Tubes 260g pair
New Inner Tubes 150g pair (Conti Race Lites 42mm Valve)
Old Mavic Tyres 484g pair
New Tyres 442g (Conti GP4K2's)
152g total saving, not bad for £65 and 10 mins work.
I could save another 50g for £18 changing to Conti Supersonic tubes, but this bike is my commuter, so need a hard wearing tube.
