I finally built up my old lemond, I built it up a couple weeks ago with newer dura ace and it just didn't look right so I built it how it was years ago. Full dura ace 7700 group, hugi 240 hubs with mavic reflex ceramic tubular rims, itm pro 260 and millenium stem, recovered with new leather flite. Now it looks like it was suppose to be.

For an older ride, it cleaned up nicely and is in generally great condition.
Like the Campy post too.
Smart idea to rebuild it with period parts. Enjoy.

I tried building it with a spare 7900 group, newer Easton wheels and it just didn't look right, everything almost overpowered it. Even after a dozen or so different bikes over the years this was my favorite I guess its why I never got rid of it.
