Frameset is a Cervelo RCA circa 2013, custom painted by Hottubes. They were also able to order the original decal set from Cervelo.

Components:
Campy SR EPS V3 shifrters, FD and RD
THM Clavicula SE cranks w/ Carbon-Ti rings
THM Fibula calipers
LW Obermayer wheels w/ Veloflex Arenberg tires
Time Expresso 15 pedals
MCFK 120mm stem
MCFK 400mm bar
Berk Saddle and post
Aican brake cable housings with KCNC ti cables
Arundel Mandible cages

Overall weight of the bike is 11.12 lbs or 5.046 kgs. Apologies for the photos but I haven't had an opportunity to snap decent photos of the bike. Will post outdoor photos when things slow down at work.

Stunning, love that colour, but definitely needs more and better pics and some individual weights of components would be good. !!

How do you find the Arenbergs on obmermeyer? The widest tires I have tried on those rims are the Veloflex carbons.

That's stunning!

I really like that colour and a really clean looking build overall. I'm genuinely looking forward to seeing more pictures.

I want one of those UCI stickers for my bike. There's a guy on eBay that does them.

I know people comment that LWs are too narrow for 25mm tires but I've had Arenbergs on both standard and Obermayer Meilensteins for years without issues. Releasing the tab on Campy brake levers to open up the calipers is all you need to remove/install the wheels. Great combo in my opinion.

That's the orange sticker on the EPS magnet band peeling off...the Hottubes paint job is flawless. This is my second custom painted project california frame. Both came out perfect. Here's the first one...

Orange is bold and beautiful. So is your older blue bike.

I see too many all black bikes (says the guy building one now, oops).

Kudos for not following the pack.
