I took a Cannondale CAAD12 that came with 105 groupset and upgraded it with Dura-Ace DI2 components that I took off my TARMAC SL4 frame. This is step 1 out of 3. Next steps will be a carbon seatpost and new lightweight wheels. Right now at the current setup, the bike weight is 8.7 kg!!!! (my god)
The build list is the following:
54 Cannondale CAAD12 with BB30X73
Selle Italia SLR TT
Cannondale 25.4 aluminum seatpost
Dura Ace 9000 with Pioneer power meter 52\36
Shifters and brakes are 685
Front and rear der's are Dura Ace 9070
Heavy and mediocre OEM wheels
Ultegra cassette and chain
Upgraded CAAD 12 Disc

It's a good start. Would you mind posting some more detailed shots of the bike?

Hi, I'm doing the same upgrade.
I'm keep using the Hollowgram Crankset and BB30A standard botton bracket. To avoid Di2 cables touch in spindle, I bought a 3D printed piece (https://www.shapeways.com/product/HMFFH ... arketplace).
My any concern is to pass the Di2 cable throw the hole originally to pass wire cable.
Some people pass brake hose and di2 cable in same hole (brake hole).
