Hello, I got into cycling a hair over a year ago and have quickly been taken under the wing of a weight weenie. Due to this naturally I also became a weenie. Not sure what all to put here so here's the spec list as far as I recall off top of head

Saddle: merek solid carbon saddle
seatpost: kcnc
frame: cervelo r3 painted
fork: scott cr1
wheelset: vuelta corsa superlite 11s
tires: veloflex master 25
cassette: 105
brakes: knock-off feather's
pedals: xpedo ti thrust
chain: knc sl 11s
stem: uno-7 90mm
groupset: sram force (tuned and drilled)
crankset sram red 10s 50/34
bars: origin 8 profit

final weight 6.62kg (14.6lb)

goal was budget and sub uci

Good looking bike, but maybe 1 size too big for you? I agree with junchen, never saw an r3 with such fork blades. They look identical to my first Scott CR1. Nevermind, I appreciate the effort and the result is nice, enjoy the ride!!

Some great detailing - but that's definitely not a Cervelo R3 frame!

frame is 2008 r3, fork is scott cr1 forgot to mention that sorry

updated, changed chainrings to 46/34 instead of 50/34 and installed veloplugs, ti bolts on stem, nylon bolts on bottle cages, and changed to hockey tape as bar tape. Got the bike down to 14lb flat (6.35kg)

It's totally one size too large, but the frameset was free so I make due I may go chinese frame route later on if I ever get Good communication from a frame I'm looking at.

I went 46t chainring because I live in a hilly area and would rather have a slightly easier gearing on the top end for rolling terrain TT

also it's lighter. I may go back if I ever go the extralite octaramp chainrings.
