Daily fixed gear bike

Once i had sub 6kg bike and since then i can't ride anything heavier than that.
Right now i have this thing:
Frame:
Dolan Pre Cursa 58cm
Fork/Headset:
Alpina/Alpina
Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Rotor track/Rotor track
Pedals:
Look S-track
Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Miche 17t/Token 52t/KMC510HX
Handlebars/Stem:
Cube
Saddle/Seatpost:
no name carbon
Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Gi cycles prototype/mack/Vittoria rubino pro
Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Gi cycles prototype/mack/Vittoria rubino pro
Weight is 7.8kg as it is.
Goal is a sub 6kg if i am very lucky sub 5.9kg. There is one problem tho it should take the daily beating in any wheather conditions. So no tubies and flimsy components.
So stay tuned.

Could be struggle to get it light :-/
Frames a porker, and track stuff tends to be heavy (strong).
Its a sweet riding frame though, far better than it should have any right to be

I would recommend to use a stem in this build
But to be serious, I'm sure you would be able to build up a set of mack hubs laced to low profile carbon rims or light weight aluminum rims for a wheel set that will be sub 1500g
