Just finished a titanium build of a Merlin Magia. Purchased it on the Bay. I have always wanted a Merlin since my college days working at a bike shop.

Not a weightweenie build, but more for comfort and more relaxed fit. Weight is 6925 g.

Looks like you prefer more forward saddle position (and not exactly horizontal) but use layback seatposts.

@leugene. The specialized romin has a high back and a slight tilt down nose. I should get a zero offset post like a Thompson but I already had a specialized pave with the zerts insert around. Want comfort more than anything else on this build. Hence many spacers below the stem.

Yes that frame is produced in Russia, as of this year all Gilbertson frames are made in China. I've got mine since last Friday.
