You should invest in a Yaw Front D. It is so much better than that previous version.

Yes I know I have one on my other bike, but this one works good enough that I don't really mind it.

Thanks! There's nothing really I want to change on this bike at this point other than training and race wheels.

What kind of bracket do you have for your Garmin (that you have to use a zip tie)? Regular Garmin? Did your Garmin detached itself from it?

It's a regular barfly Garmin mount, but the mounting tabs snapped off my Garmin and I just haven't fixed it yet.

same thing happened with the mountain tabs on my Garmin. Installed a Dogears GPS on the back and good as new, except for the slightly higher position.

Looks great! Love that Thomson X2 stem, absolutely perfect match to the top tube angle.

Yes its a Thomson X2 120mm -10°. I would like to get a Extralite HyperStem in -12, which would save about 60 grams, but it is not currently in my budget.

Changing it up a little bit.
Zipp SL Sprint Stem 130mm 192g
Swapped brakes from silver to black and threw on 30mm China carbon tubulars.
Hovering around 6.25kg as pictured.

Stem is massive but those shallower wheels look really good on your ride
