Nice work!

I upgraded my Canyon Aeroad Ultegra DI2 with DA9000 crankset. Looks more bling and saves some weight. Have not swapped the brakes yet but instead i'm looking at mid-depth light wheelset.
Seatpost and stem/bars are Canyons own so not switching those out.

I have considered eTap - have you? Saves a lot of weight but sure isn't cheap.

I did, but old school. I stuck with cables, less hasel if something goes wrong with it. The brakes are deffo worth the upgrade, not to sure if the pad compound is better. But they do brake better than the ultegra.

Well, started to change some more parts. Changed the Specialized Romin evo for the slr seat, knocked another 100g off the total weight. Just ordered some sonic inner tubes and attach force tyres. Again, this should save me another about 150g. So in total another 250g off the total bike weight, had planned to change the Ultegra cassette to a dura ace. But after reading about their problems, I'll stick with what I know works and is reliable. Should be able to weigh the bike next week, with these changes. Should be about 6.45kg? Next on the list, some new wheels, but what?
