Any comments?

This is a project for my girlfriends birthday. It is a surprise and I want to give something special for her. She have started with cyclocross this year (a Crux) and now she told me that she want to buy a roadbike for next year. Then I started to think, it is a perfect opportunity to build her something special.

This is one of Rafael Majkas (Tinkoff Saxo) training frames, with alu bottombracket. 8) . It was sanded and repainted in Porsche Cobolt blue colour with extra pearl-effects.

Frame: S-Works Sl3 size 52
Wheel: Non-branded. DT-240 hubs, sapim CX ray spokes. Totalt 1400gr
Tires: Vittoria Corsa 28mm
Saddle: Specialized Power Expert
Handlebar: Specialized Expert Shallow 40cm
Stem: Zipp Service Course alu stem.
Group: Sram Force

 Wow! That is a gorgeous color combination. I also like the non-aero wheels on the bike.

Nice choice of frame n color. I had done something similar as well earlier this year. Size 48 SL3 sworks with candy blue paint.

On hindsight, probably would have opted for sworks decal in white color..

That looks AWESOME @carlchristoopher

The color coordination is indeed big time tasty, real classy with the white saddle/tape and tan Graphenes. Give me some ideas

I think it looks great the way it is but if you're wanting some higher profile carbon bling, I still wouldn't go any more that 40mm.

Looks great. A set of Rovals would be the icing on the cake though for sure.
