Seems like the bike isn't immune to the holiday weight gain:
P.S. @imaking20 I win, lol.

Here's the weights:
Competitive Cyclist is taking after Amazon with their packing...
65g penalty over Campagnolo Dual/Single with KCNC pad holders BUT these are the sole reason I got 9100:
Too lazy to tare the box but gross weight of the housing and cables and box:
After trimming everything we're left with:
Polymer housing ended up being around 135g total, which is about a 50g penalty over iLinks. I haven't run traditional housing in years so I figured I'd try 9100 in its fully intended state before going back to iLinks.
Total weight penalty is around 130g...or a lot. I went on a short test ride tonight and I'm really impressed. It's extremely refined and I think Shimano has perfected rear indexing. There's no chance of over shifting, it just goes exactly where it's supposed to. I'll need to revisit the FD though as I feel like shifting was better with SR up front. That may always be the case though as I'm not a fan of tapping twice to go down to the little ring. I get that you have to do that with Campy but you push through until there's a hard stop, so it's one fluid action.

I can't judge function since I never run Campagnolo, but regarding looks and weight this seems to be a downgade .
Looks mean All that blackness makes the frame seem much brighter. New wheels?
Well, as with all holiday weight gain, a new year's resolution of weight loss shall ensue.
Ryan:
Where did you get these downtube decals? They are stunning.
Even though I am a devoted Seven guy, I just picked up a Litespeed T5G frames. Building it up with Ultegra Di2 and Ksyrium Allroad Pros. Hoping it will be finished today! I blame you and Imaking20 and your spectacular recent threads for this somewhat impulsive buy. But given the deal I got on the frame and the fact that I had the Di2 groupset sitting in the garage, I just couldn't resist.
Current: Seven 622 SLX | Seven OVRLND XX | Fondriest Carbon Magister | Yeti SB100 |
Retired: Litespeed T5G | Seven Axiom SL| Seven Mudhoney SL|S Works Crux |Fat CAAD 1 |

These didn't last very long... Like 500mi or less to be slightly less dubious:
