Sounds like a fun couple of builds. Nice build lists as well. Why did you choose two frames with different BB standards? Surely just more trouble for you. Hope not to start a debate over which one is better just wondering what your thinking is. Can't wait to see the pictures. [emoji106]

This project took a full year of gathering pieces and parts here and there...
I just came with two very good deals on the cranksets at first (Rotor is lighter by approx 35-40g ! ).
Then the framesets followed...
Let's say I'm just happy for now, everything fitted in place just perfectly.
Quality of the frames's finish and tolerances (headset/BB) are very good.

Ok, a little teaser. Please be indulgent guys !!
6.8 kg as it is in the pic. Still missing a few parts ( chain, pedals and front brake installation ) , and also have to dial the bike fit ( missing spacers, top cap, also have 17° stem in hand if the rider position is better):

The builds are now complete !!
I built "Bike 1" race wheels last saturday. I'm very surprised by the weight, 1365g.
I know, I know, the Grifo arrows point backward...it's for better traction ok, ?
Need to put this gem on it, Edco Monoblock cassette 11-32 10S:

Coming back from their maiden ride on sunday:
Bike 1 with training wheels.
The left lever wasn't tightened enough, after many bunny hops practices... I'll have to lift it back up.
Bike 1 front end. Cable routing, with barrel adjuster. The front brake straddle cable was used from another bike.
I'll have to get a new to fit higher on the Wheel.
Bike 2 front end. Notice the "1 X" plug option.
Headest, fork and bearings ( OEM) fit very nicely together.
Bike 2: Ashima brake pads:

Bike 2 Rotor crankset, 36T Wolf Tooth chainring:
Got it from fellow WW member RyanH. I'll have to credit him with a "hero" mention ( as well as everything I bought from him). Superb !!
Bike 1 Sram Force 1 crankset, 38T Raceface chainring:
Bike 1 detail, with the rubber plug in place (Di2 option):
Bike 1 side front. Fork mount canti brake hanger.
Bike 2 rear. Sram X9 Type 2 10S clutch derailleur.
Still missing the chain protector.
All built , Bike 2 with race wheels is 7.27 kg on my cheap hanging scale.
I'll have to weight BIke 1 to see if one twin has an advantage...

These are great project bikes, any upgrades?
If you want to see 'meh' content of me and my bike you can follow my life in pictures here!'Tape was made to wrap your GF's gifts, NOT hold a freakin tire on.'

Spoiled kids, isn't it Geoff ? Florence with her new Giro's on :
On the descending "recovery" portion:
Frankie, I have a pair of Ti spindles I want to install but didn't take the time yet.
Also want to install some Ilink housings I bought a few months ago.
Now the biggest challenge is trying to dial the shifting, between the race and spare wheels...
