Yup UD. I asked for semi gloss but they gave me full gloss... Oh well.

Looove this build, have just got myself a new frame and am getting some bits together for the build, I'll be putting up a thread once the parts start coming in. Any more you can tell us about the wheels? Really keen on a set, most likely with bitex hubs, have you done much descending on them? Any info would be awesome!

Once again kudos on the build it looks mint!

Yeah I have 1000 miles on the wheels, great modulation and power with Giant pads. I tried every major pad out there before I settled on these and they're noticeably better and around 30 for a set. Also I recommend just have them lace the rims up to like DT hubs or something.

Did you try the Swiss Stop Black Prince with these rims?

Yep, I tried:

SS Black Prince
SS Yellow King
Shimano R55C4 Carbon
ENVE
Zipp
Campagnolo Red Carbon Pads
Giant

Giant was the best.

Great bike you have ... looks perfect with the matching saddle and bar tape.

Thanks for the feedback on the wheels, I would love to go with DT hubs but its probably pushing the budget a little bit, The difference for the 240's is $420 AUD. I have a set of 50mm carbons from china with generic hubs which have done thousands and thousands of km's with no issues so think I am willing to take a punt on them again.

Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it. My new frame is black and your build set my mind on white tape and saddle vs black. Once the parts are in I will get a build going. Cheers
