Love it! Will make a super sweet commuting bike.

Did you need to do any modifications to the X0 shifters/brake levers to work with the sram force rear derailleur and brakes?

All the sram "exact actuation" stuff is pretty much interchangeable. Shifts perfect and I really saved a lot of money going 10spd! Brakes are pretty standard.
Need to finish fitting and switch to a more comfortable pair of grips.. 2hrs was rough on the hands yesterday.

This is a great bike. I've been pondering a perfect commuter but I'm being patient as s-1=3 for me. This is just the sort of thing.

Timely post, thanks for the inspiration and nice bike! Thinking about doing this to my old Giant TCR carbon.

Interesting set up for sure

Off topic a bit but when I was looking at your pics I noticed the backyard and block wall and said to myself "that looks a lot like a Phoenix area back yard", then I looked at your location, "yep" lol

Love Camelback/Mummy, 7 springs for riding! SoMo is a staple..

We've got a little bit of SoMo in our backyard.
