First time poster...be gentle!

Here is my CAAD 12, built from a frame set. Hardly a weenie at 7.7kgs but it's fast!

Plans for a hylix seatpost, SIL2's and sram Red which will hopefully get it closer to 7kg

CAAD 12 54cm
Ultegra Di2 6870 50/34 11/32
Zipp 303 CC
Vitoria Corsa Evo 3 tyres
Cannondale C3 stem
Deda superleggera carbon bars
Cannondale C2 post
Selle Italia SLR super flow
Speedplay chromoly
Bontrager rxl Carbon cages

Thanks for looking..

Looks great. I have the same frame and planning Di2 as well. It's a shame the photo doesn't do the colour justice...

Great looking bike, I'm a big fan of the CAAD 12 frameset. SiSl cranks and spidering will really finish it off nicely!

Agree - the iPhone struggles with this colour - makes it look orange when in fact it's red!

Thanks for the feedback.,

Di2 battery does fit however not with the official rubber bung - I just wrapped it in some old inner tube and taped it in.

The cable routing was the the difficult part, especially through the bb and the rear stay.

I'm yet to finish off the install off as I require the cable exit grommet for the rear stay and the blank plugs for the mechanical cable entry points. These are proving difficult to source..

im building a caad12 disc and the di2 through the rear was the easy part.
Trying to feed the hydraulic cable with a bb30a to 24mm adaptor is worse :D

Where did you get those blank plugs for the mechanical entry?

I just used some generic rubber grommet plugs from halfords and stuck them in. I'm not entirely sure that Cannondale even offer an official part for this...? I searched everywhere..

Hi, looks fantastic, can you advise where you took the cable to the front mech? Did you go out the on the cable router or is there another way? Thanks

There is a small hole on the back of the seat tube, close to the FD that is specifically for a di2 cable..

Lovely looking CAAD12, haven't seen many fitted with di2 yet. I also haven't seen one in that colour in person yet, really cool.

I'm on the lookout for a frameset now as I dented the top tube on my CAAD10 the other week :(
- CANYON KATUSHA TEAM ULTIMATE SLX SUMMER RIG.
- CANNONDALE CAAD10 ANNODISED WINTER SLOG.
