After waiting very patiently for 8 months, the frameset arrived early July and I've transferred all of the components from my old bike to complete the build.
It was worth the wait and a massive improvement over from Trek Madone 5.2. I'll do a detailed write up, once I've ridden it the rest of this summer.
It currently weighs in at 6.7 kg with the build below so there are plenty of opportunities to go much lighter next year as this is pretty much a stock build, except for the wheels that are 1500g.
Frameset - Canyon Ultimate SLX Small
Wheels - DCR Wheels Lighweight 38mm clincher
Chainset - Dura Ace 9000 compact
Seatpost - Fizik Cryano 00
Saddle - Fizik Arione Classic
Bars - Canyon H36 Aerocockpit
Tyres - Michellin Pro 4 Service Course 23mm
Tubes - Continental RACE 28
Bartape - Fizik Performance
Cables - Shimano Dura Ace
Chain - Dura Ace HG900
Cages - Arundel Carbon
Pedals - Speedplay Zero Chromo
Garmin Speed & Cadence Sensor
Caynon Outfront Garmin Holder

That's the newer one.. Their first one sucked.. I can't count the number of bolts I broke.. In fact one is still snapped off in there. Cut my losses and got a race ware with GoPro combo mount

Cool to see that round magnet in the spindle of your Speedplay Zero. I used to have that as well, before I switched to a Pioneer power meter (that measures cadence).
Nice looking wheels, what hubs and rims are used?

Nice spot on the magnet. I started using those following a tip on this forum. A power meter is on the wish list and I'm interested to see reviews of the new dura ace power meter when Shimano release it.
There is a Wheelbuilder in the UK that imports the rim and hub from Tawian and then builds them to your spec (spoke type, count etc). He's built me a few sets and they've been brilliant.
I think the hubs are bitex and rims are unbranded but he calls them DCR lightweight 38mm.
His website is http://www.dcrwheels.com
Send him an email he's very responsive and helpful.

Lovely build. What are Your measures (Height and Inseam)? Also You know Yours saddle height? I am 178 and cannot decide between S and M frame.
Thanks for input!
