Been lurking around here for a while and drooling over some of the
stunning Weenie builds.
Have a few road bikes and finally decided to take the plunge and
purchase a Hi Mod frame from Paul's Cycles. Spent a bit of time
researching and gathering parts before undertaking my first full bike
build, not exactly a weight weenie but it's a great bike to ride and I'm
sure more upgrades will follow.
Currently weighing in at 6.49kg/14.05lbs.

2015 Cannondale Supersix Hi Mod 56cm frame.
Deda Superleggera bars
Lizard skins race bar tape
Deda Superleggera 100mm stem
Deda Superleggera seat post (tuned)
Zipp 404 clinchers
Michelin Power tyres (23mm front 25mm rear)
Titanium skewers
Dura Ace shifters
Dura Ace front Mech
Dura Ace cassette
Ultegra brakes (Dura Ace to follow)
SISL2 crankset 36/52
Dura Ace pedals

Very nice build!! I really like that colour scheme and that's a great choice of components.

Beast! Although EEBrakes would be a nice touch.

Thanks for the comments guys. EE brakes would be nice but would rather stick to
Dura Ace for ease of servicing/part availability etc.
Dura Ace brakes now fitted to front and rear, Michelin Power tyres fitted and a few
other bits done. Now weighing in at 6.43kg. This weight is with the pedals and two
bottle cages fitted and ready to ride, how some guys seem to go sub 6kg on an
almost stock bike/build is beyond me.

Just a set of light wheels would take yours under 6kg

Nothing wrong with it as is!
