Hey guys,

long time lurker so now it's time to introduce my bike.

2012 Argon 18 Gallium pro frameset (Size L)
Shimano Dura Ace 7900 10-speed
Ritchey wcs c260 stem
Ritchey WCS Logic II handlebars
Selle Italia SLR saddle
Chinese 60mm carbon clinchers, built by local wheelbuilder Dforce
Continental GP4000S II
K-Edge garmin mount
BBB simple alu bottlecages
Garmin Vector pedals

Weight: 7,5 kg

Definitely no weenie, but it rides very racy but still comfortable for me.

Other bikes are a 2008 Wilier Escape with shimano 105 (boat anchor, winter bike), and a 2010 Cervelo P2 for Triathlons.

Handsome bike and a nice build.

It wouldn't be weightweenies if I didn't nitpick, that's a pretty radical saddle angle don't you think?

It looks great IMO ! Certainly lighter tubulars should be its next upgrade.

I agree, it does look a bit odd (or very odd) on this pic.

The saddle is tilted a bit downwards but not as much as it looks like here. It feels a lot better when riding on the drops for me with the saddle positioned like this

That would definitely make the bike a lot lighter, wheelset now is around 1500 grams.

However right now I'm hesitant to make the transition to tubulars. Crappy roads in Belgium... But who knows :)

Don't hesitate at all. A good tubular wheelset (Campagnolo, Corima) paired with durable tires (Continental, Veloflex Roubaix, etc.) and you will be fine.

I like this bike. Nice frame and choice of components.
