I have been snoopin around this forum for some years, time to register and post:

Frame: Cervelo s2 size 54
Groupset: Red 10 spd
Stem: some scott stem i found at work, 120mm
Bars: BBB Alu
Bartape: 3T Leather..?
Saddle: Taupe copy
Pedals: Expresso 12
Wheelset: LW Gen1 from like 2005
Tubulars: GP4000, changing to Schwalbe Ultremo due to wear
Cages: Elite Paron
Pads: Yellow Swiss stop

Feel free to comment on the long rear shift cable housing :) It works great..but yes, it is a bit too long

Other minor bits on it:
Kcnc skewers
J&l expander
Tune black topcap
Jagwire pro cableset
And also changed to schwalbe ultremo HT two days ago
Lighter bar and stem would be intresting, could probably drop quite a few grams
