Just noticed the added pics from when I first looked. Fantastic. I'm not sure how the direct mount brakes need to be set up but looks like the rear brake housing from frame to caliper may be a little long?

Thanks. I'll take a look at the spacing. I'll post some more shots when the correct stem and bars are added and I've cut the steerer.

Yep :) Next upgrade may be a pair of EE direct mount calipers.

I think the Trek has spectacular geometry, at least in a size 60, but while I have experience with the SL Emonda, the light weight of the SLR frame does scare me a little bit. I'm 200lbs.
