Nice! I would remove the wheel decals for an even better look.

Lovely colour scheme! I hope that IAM cycling team won't fold after this year so we will have more and more bikes like this one!

Stealth zipp decals on the rims would also look nicer :)

So, I’ve been busy buying some parts to upgrade my Addict, and have now nearly finished my Di2 installation…

Parts list this month:

• Shimano 9070 Di2 Shifters 2x11
• Shimano 9070 Di2 Rear Derailleur
• Shimano 9070 Di2 Front Derailleur
• Shimano SM-EW90-A Di2 Junction A Box - E-Tube, 3 Port
• Shimano JC41 Di2 Internal Junction B Box
• Shimano SM-BTR2 Di2 Internal Battery
• Shimano SM-BCR2 Di2 Battery Charger
• Shimano SD50 Di2 Electric Wire – 950mm (Junction Box A-B)
• Shimano SD50 Di2 Electric Wire – 800mm (Battery to B)
• Shimano SD50 Di2 Electric Wire – 650mm (Rear Derailleur to B)
• Shimano SD50 Di2 Electric Wire – 300mm (Front Mech to B)
• Shimano SD50 Di2 Electric Wire x2 – 300mm (Shifters to A)
• Shimano Hollowtech-II Left Crank Arm Locking Stopper Plate (Snapped Original)
• Ritchey Di2 Battery Seatpost Mount
• Syncros Bar Tape (Black)
• Tune DC14 Skewers (Black)
• KMC X11-SL Chain (Silver)
• Sugru Mouldable Glue (Black)

I currently don’t own the most accurate set of scales, but still weighed all the components. I think my scales show around 1-2g heavy…

Amazing bike stand…

Battery installed in seatpost with Ritchey mount:

Had to drill the frame and enlarge the existing 3.5mm cable entry point to fit the 5.5mm SD50 e-tube through for the front mech:

As she stands now, just waiting for my new chain and 950mm SD50 e-tube wire to arrive before refitting the last bits and filling the existing cable holes in the frame (using black Sugru for this):

Either the Ritchey or the Zipp stuff would look great. Have you used the Tune skewers before? What is your impression of them?

Nope, never used them before, will get back to you on this one once I've had the bike out for a decent run.

I'd say go for Zipp to match the wheels. Also your current bars are set up angled slightly high and your levers slightly low. A flat ramp will look better and be more comfortable.

Noted, just had a chat about it with a guy in the office, now know what you're talking about

Cheers.

So, I returned home last night to a plethora of packages, but none containing the one bloody wire I need to link up all my newly installed Di2 goodies…..

This aside, I put the chainset back on and sorted the brakes out.

Old Dura Ace chain:

New KMC X11-SL chain coming in 11g lighter:

Never weighed my bottle cages, quite hefty but hold my bottles well:

New Tune DC14 skewers, proper bike porn:

And the bike ready to roll once downtube wire is installed and everything poked into the BB (bar tape will be done once 100% happy with bars/shifter position):

Weight as above is 6,720g. Expecting to add around 120g with bar tape, bottle cages and 950mm e-tube wire, totalling around 6,840g...

Neeeeed to shed more weight but my 1670g wheelset isn't helping

I can shed around 100g with a Zipp / Ritchey cockpit and seatpost, but may look into more Tune components (seatpost and bars)....

You can start looking at tubular rims and German-made. You'll get a wheelset around 1.2 killos with the same depth as those zipps.
