hello! thanks for the replies!

budget: well its hard to know total cost as some parts are bought way back or switch from other bikes. most stuff are used and comes from eBay.

these bottle cages are obviously (very) used.. aluminium bolts

Can you give some info about how you prepped the frame to paint / what sort of paint you used / etc? That close up shot is great...it turned out really well. Perfect color combo, too.

its called "spray bike" . A rather new brand (at least for me) I found in a local bike shop.

a review from bikeradar
http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/article/w ... job-46256/

the result came out really good and took about 4-5 hours of work. it was very cheap aswell. 1 bottle + tape to cover up some parts + sand paper.
1 clean the whole bike
2- cover up important parts: BB, seat post, hangers etc etc
3. work easy with sand paper over the clear coat. choose a sand paper that's meant to be for steel/aluminium. do not use one for wood.
4. clean bike from dust
5 . spray first layer / wait 20min or spray the fork meanwhile you are waiting for frame to get "dust dry"/ repeat this process as many times as you want. I think I did this process 3 times. the result will probably be even better if you wait 24h during layers. one bottle of paint last for 3layers more or less. thats what I did.

i bought a sticker pack from eBay.

What did you frame end up weighing after the paint?
Because my izalco pro's frame weight is pretty heavy for WW standards
Current Steed
Supersix Evo 6.25kg
CAAD10 6.8kg
Giant TCR SLR 6.8kg
Past Lovers
Focus Izalco Pro
Cervelo S1

Sorry for late reply. I've been to the states a few weeks..
Weight of the frame is over 1100g with paint. Originally 980g. So yes, it's a bit on the heavy side for sure

Nice parts list... Are the zipp vuma crankset 11 speed compatible?

That's 120g of paint! [emoji24]
