Hi. let me share my helium SL 6.0kg build. check out the below listing.
As the drivetrain in my build is Ultegra DI2, I am sure you can reach to 6.0kg through few item changes - stem, seatpost, saddle & wheelset.

Stem : KCNC SC WING 110mm (104g)
Handlebar : 3T ERGONOVA TEAM 42 (199g)
Seatpost : KCNC Ti PRO LITE 8000 350mm (cut to 280mm, 132g)
Saddle : Chinese unknown one from ebay (98g)
Pedals : HT PK01 Ti-carbon (165g)
Wheelset : Chinese 20mm profile "tubular" (1040g) *38mm may be approx 1200g to 1300g
QR skewer : KCNC 7075

Drivetrain :
FSA SL-K BB30 & KCNC COBWEB K3
SHIMANO 6770 DI2 (FD)
SHIMANO 6780 DI2 (RD)
SHIMANO DA 9000 (chain)
SRAM RED22 11T-28T (cassette)
KCNC C7 break + Aliigator I-rink cable

at the moment, there are changes again in my build as I am still trying to reduce the weight.
hope my recent build is a good tip for you - viewtopic.php?f=10&t=138173&hilit=helium

That's a beauty! Those wheels accent the frame really well.
